2.75G / cm3 Low Creep 80% AL2O3 High Alumina Refractory Brick to Blast Furnace
High alumina brick features:
1) High refractoriness under load.
High alumina brick refractoriness under load is normally above 1420~1550℃ which is higher than fireclay brick. And it increases along with the AL2O3 content increase.
2) Thermal shock resistance.
High alumina brick’s thermal Shock resistance is mainly decided by chemical contents and its mineral microstructure. Its thermal shock resistant is worse than that of fireclay brick.
3) Good anti-acidity, anti-metal fluid corrode and anti-oxidation ability.
High alumina brick have very good ability of anti-acidity, anti-metal fluid corrode and anti-oxidation.
High alumina brick is used normally in industry furnaces such as Blast furnace, hot-blast furnace, industrial kilns and EAF etc.
