Abrasion Resistant Ramming Mixes Mgo Ramming Mass For Induction Furnace Lining
Magnesium ramming material is a kind of alkali amorphous refractory material, which is composed of electromagnet or sintered magnesia refractory materials, superfine powder additive and chemical bond. Magnesia ramming mass is the raw material of electro fused magnesite, mixed with a variety of superfine powder additives, electro-fused cement or composite resin as the binding agent made of the powder. Refractory magnesium ramming mass is widely used in metallurgy, building materials, non ferrous metal smelting, chemical industry, machinery and other manufacturing industries.
Magnesium ramming refractory mass is a high proportion of granular materials and a very low proportion of the binder and other groups of distribution system, and even all of the grain, powder composition, to be beaten by the way of the construction of a strong. Magnesia ramming mass is mixed by corundum, high quality bauxite clinker, silicon carbide as aggregate, all kinds of powder, ultra fine powder, micropowder, alumina powder and admixture with mixture rations according to differernt varieties.

Magnesia ramming mass is a kind of alkali amorphous refractory material, which is composed of electromagnet or sintered magnesia refractory materials, superfine powder additive and chemical bond. Firstly, high purity magnesia sand and magnesia powder are calcined for three times to allow full expansion and contraction of magnesia sand and magnesia powder. Then proportion of magnesia grains is made according to the formulation requirements.
1.Spread the material in the bottom with thichness of100mm to 150mm and rammed
hard,
2.Clean the surface, repeat the ramming work once again
3.Put a piece of steel sheet on the surface to avoid damage on the surface when putting scrap and hot metal.
